At Rubitherm we develop and build advanced thermal batteries based on our true and tested PCM technology. Our PCM products already contribute to cost and energy saving, decouple energy production and usage, as well as protecting fragile goods in industries as diverse as cold chain logistics, automotive, medical heat therapy and space. Currently our focus is on sustainability in the building and HVAC sector - building heating and cooling is one of the main contributors to CO2 generation and scarcely improving. Here our thermal batteries can help fully utilize volatile regenerative energy sources and optimize intermittent processes - Store it when you have it, use it when you need it! Thanks to our new subsidiary in Cairo we are now also present directly in the important MENA region and helping to reduce waste, spoilage and costs for our customers in the Gulf region and North Africa. At Alutrim Europe I have built an international player focused on demanding, high-end real metal decorative trim parts for the automotive and consumer goods industries. Under my Leadership Alutrim Europe won projects with all major German car manufacturers, implemented a new ERP and two new production technologies, quadrupled the number of employees and grew turnover by factor 10 leading to a successful exit.
