WSP is one of the world’s leading engineering and professional services firms. I lead the Enterprise IT organization for WSP USA and the Identity Governance and Administration program for WSP Global. Responsible for all enterprise technology functions including corporate technology strategy, enterprise product engineering, application development and integrations. Across both organizations I manage a budget of over $20M, more than 60 international staff and several managed service partners. Core technologies include Oracle for HCM and Financials, BI Publisher and Power BI for Enterprise Reporting capabilities, SailPoint IIQ for Identity Management and automation in Active Directory, Control-M job scheduling with PowerShell and MS SQL scripts, and several custom.NET solutions built and managed in Azure with CI/CD automation.
