With over 20 years of experience in the automotive safety industry, I am a passionate and skilled Global Process Change Manager at Autoliv, the world\'s largest automotive safety supplier. My core competencies include manufacturing process improvement, quality process development, and continuous process improvement. My mission is to ensure that all Autoliv manufacturing processes are aligned, standardized, and optimized across different regions and divisions, while meeting the highest quality and safety standards.
