ABOUT LUQMAN ROSLAN
I am a First Class MEng Electrical & Electronic Engineering graduate from the University of Manchester, specialising in digital hardware design, FPGA prototyping and RTL/SoC verification.My experience spans SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL development, UVM-style verification concepts, low-latency hardware development and hardware-software co-design, with exposure to industry tools such as Synopsys VCS and Verdi. I have implemented modular RTL on Xilinx FPGA platforms and built real-time embedded systems using STM32, PIC and ESP32 microcontrollers.As part of a multi-disciplinary engineering project, I also designed a sensing and modelling pipeline for a soft-robotic actuator, integrating embedded data acquisition with machine-learning-based estimation to characterise deformation behaviour in real-world conditions. This strengthened my interest in robust, system-level engineering and debugging at the hardware/software boundary.Interests: FPGA/ASIC design, SoC/CPU verification, low-latency hardware acceleration and next-generation compute systems.I am currently seeking graduate-level roles in ASIC/digital hardware design, low-latency FPGA development, and functional verification, in the UK, USA or internationally.
