Achievements include improved customer satisfaction thru value-added quality delivery, and YoY increased Pactera revenue and margin. • Lead and drive GDPR compliance for Pactera’s MS business and projects. Created internal GDPR compliance auditing process and enforced privacy best practice across all stake holders. • Manage operation of Pactera Offsite Facility for MS projects and double the delivery capacity thru expansion. • Engage with clients across multi-levels and multi-organizations, steer MS business strategies of Pactera, identify opportunities, drive sales pipelines, close deals, shadow delivery executions & distill best practices.
