Responsible for the management and operation of Administration, Accounting, Marketing/Public Relations and IT departments.Manage all employee relations, human resources and benefits, including: payroll, prevailing wages, 401k plans, health insurance plans, workman’s comp, recruitment, new hire orientations.Manage preparation and issuance of all internal and external financial reports, budgeting and overhead audit reviews, corporate banking and corporate insurance policies.Oversee the operation and property management of several medical and office buildings, including: coordination with contractors, tenant improvements, new construction, budgeting, securing commercial loans, construction loans and fund control.Manage relationships with all outside professional consultants including corporate CPA’s, attorneys, real estate and insurance brokers, commercial contractors, architects, bankers and tenants.Work closely with project managers and staff to create a positive and enjoyable environment with the goal to always work as a team.
