Oversee daily environmental operations and implementation of site environmental programs to maintain regulatory compliance.• Main point of contact during local, state, and federal regulatory inspections, leading facility walkthroughs, addressing compliance issues and managing corrective actions and post inspection follow up. Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual AER reports via ERS Web.• Prepare and submit environmental permits and regulatory reports including CERS, HMBP, CDTFA, SPCC, DTSC, CUPA, SMARTS, EPA TRI report and LA County Sanitation District documentation.• Designed and implemented a hazardous waste cost-reduction and disposal optimization program, achieving $50K+ in monthly savings and reducing waste generation by 180+ tons.• Oversee industrial waste compliance programs (RCRA, non-RCRA, and universal waste), ensuring proper classification, storage, transportation, and disposal.• Lead stormwater compliance program, including monitoring, documentation, and annual reporting in accordance with state and local regulatory requirements.• Maintain compliance with Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit, performing quarterly self-monitoring, preparing surcharge reports, and managing permit renewal processes.
