I am a dedicated scientist with a passion for bioengineering and environmental science, boasting 13 years of wet-laboratory experience across various countries. My work has involved a diverse range of organisms, including plants, fungi, bacteria, and microbial communities, with a particular focus on environmental microbiomes. In addition to my enthusiasm for synthetic biology and metabolic engineering, I hold a second degree in computational science, which enhances my ability to analyze complex biological data and design innovative tools to unravel and understand intricate biological processes. Since 2020, I have specialized in multiomics analysis to explore and answer critical biological questions. My day-to-day activities involve developing AI-driven tools and working with complex datasets—encompassing genomes, metagenomes, transcriptomes, proteomes, metabolites, and lipidomes—integrating this information to elucidate complex systems, especially within environmental microbiomes.
