Migrated InternUp, a job search and hiring platform, from a no-code Bubble site to a scalable web application using Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Supabase/PostgreSQL, enabling mobile-friendly access for users and job listings.• Built core features including onboarding, resume/profile management, and application tracking, improving load time to <500ms using SSR, Redis caching, and Prisma ORM; delivered a pixel-perfect frontend by following responsive Figma mockups.• Developed an AI-powered resume scoring service and a hybrid job recommendation engine (rule-based + ML re-ranking with Logistic Regression, BERT), deployed as a Dockerized Python FastAPI microservice on AWS Lambda, with real-time delivery via Redis caching.• Developed backend microservices, including a Resume Parsing API for structured data extraction, and a Python job crawler to ingest new listings from external boards, automated job ingestion, data freshness, with secure APIs, cron-based scheduling, and error handling for reliability.• Led a 3-person dev team, managed CI/CD pipelines on AWS Amplify, implemented rate limiting, role-based access (Supabase RLS), and wrote Jest tests for APIs, Redis utilities, and access control.• Designed the system architecture for InternUp’s services and authored detailed documentation for APIs, database schemas, and deployment workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term maintainability.
