A core member of the Technology Group (TG) Delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) and serving as its master coach in implementing Agile principles, practises, processes, and behaviours to enable Agile delivery of key initiatives, such as software development, improve the performance of the Group and its partners, and create conditions that will ensure the delivery of high-quality values and products through impediment management, Scrum events facilitation, limiting team distractions and advocating for pertinent change to develop a culture of continuous improvement.

ABOUT LUMI ADEWUNMI
I am a Certified Scrum Master with 5-year Agile Project Management background in the construction industry and over 5 years of experience driving software development, system improvement and digital transformation teams to success in applying and sustaining Lean-Agile mindset and practices (Scrum, Kanban and XP) in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) environment, as well as through DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Walking the Agile career path has allowed me to be a servant leader who has acted as a change agent in guiding and coaching teams through waterfall-to-Agile transition, removed impediments, managed dependencies, improved stakeholder engagement, facilitated scrum ceremonies, assisted Product Owners with product backlog refinement and prioritization, tracked issues and progress with Jira, promoted communication to foster team health and conflict resolution, and leveraged Scrum ceremonies to build a culture of continuous improvement. These responsibilities among others have enabled me to implement processes that slashed a company\'s geo-survey cost by 12% and achieved an average of 85% sprint accuracy for 8 teams in 2 leading companies. My career goal is focused on helping businesses achieve Enterprise Agility, Organizational Transformation and Behavioural Change. My core values are wisdom, courage, honour, sacrifice and tolerance. I am fascinated by philosophy, science and mysticism. I consider thinking the utmost ability, creativity the most divine endeavour, and service to humanity and nature the very indulgence that gives meaning to all - the sine qua non of a purposeful life. I am particularly awed by Space Technology and Artificial Intelligence. The possibility of a Metaverse excites me. Beyond work, I love to enjoy life. Lol… I have discovered peace in playing with children. I have found companionship in dogs. I am marvelled by cultural diversity and thus love to travel to experience many cultures across every continent. I enjoy aesthetics through creative and performing arts. I walk and cycle to keep fit, and I engage in hiking to experience the marvellousness of nature. I have developed 10 board games. And I plan to take up Yoga and Karate.
