As Director of Alumni and External Relations at the Fox Graduate School, I lead alumni engagement, giving, stewardship, and signature programs that build pride and advance institutional priorities. Previously at Penn State and Georgetown, I managed national volunteer strategies, major reunion campaigns, and high‑impact engagement operations. I focus on blending strategy, storytelling, and data to create meaningful and lasting connections.

   In my role with the Penn State Alumni Association, I lead Volunteer Engagement efforts to enhance alumni involvement across the country, supporting over alumni. I provide strategic direction and support to geographically-based alumni chapters, focusing on volunteer management, organizational development, philanthropy and strengthening alumni connections to the University.I collaborate closely with chapter leaders and volunteers to increase participation in University initiatives and work to build a strong, engaged alumni community. My responsibilities also include identifying new volunteer opportunities, evaluating current programs, and working with internal teams to advance the Alumni Association’s goals for engagement, inclusion, and leadership.Additionally, I develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. My work involves managing volunteer recruitment, ensuring resources are available to empower volunteers, and leading projects that support the Alumni Association\'s mission.
