I lead the creative conception of the ceremony and collaborate closely with designers, choreographers, composers, performers, and technical teams to ensure coherence between concept, movement, music, costumes, lighting, and staging. I work side by side with the creative lead and fellow directors to develop a unified artistic language, often over several years of planning and production. My role is to balance storytelling, symbolism, spectacle, and logistics to help create a ceremony that resonates emotionally with millions of viewers around the world.

ABOUT LULU HELBEK
I am an experienced Creative Director and Director with over 15 years of experience in international large-scale shows, Olympic ceremonies, theatre, and multimedia projects. I am known for my imaginative and versatile work, which combines elements of physical theatre, new circus, art, and technology.During my time as Creative Director at Balich Wonder Studio, I directed some of the most complex projects in the world, with a particular focus on celebrating the female figure in various cultures.I approach theatrical productions with a contemporary language, as seen in my work in \"Giudizio Universale,\" when in 2018 I directed a multimedia show supported by the Vatican Museums. Blending 360-degree projection, physical theatre, dance, and a soundtrack featuring a guest performance by Sting singing in Latin.Since 2019, I\'ve partnered with Simone Ferrari to establish \'LuSi Creative Studio.\' We explored unique theatrical experiences, exemplified by the show \'Paradiso inspired by Dante Alighieri\'s Divine Comedy, using live music and multimedia to convey a profound theme.We revamped two editions of the Italian XFactor, introducing unconventional content to the pop music television format and received praise from the press for \'elevating the standards of shows in Italy.Contemporary circus and physical theatre have become strong components of my artistic expression. With my duo LuSi, we successfully directed the contemporary circus show \'Alice!\' in 2021, which was set under a captivating Spiegeltent and sold tickets. Additionally, in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil, we created \'Nysa,\' the first European permanent show. Unfortunately, this production was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic. But lately in 2022, the collaboration with Cirque du Soleil continues with a mesmerizing original show in a custom theatre in Riyadh, featuring 42 acrobats and water elements.Recently, we ventured into fashion by designing a striking installation for Cartier\'s high jewelry fashion show at one of Italy\'s iconic Renaissance locations, the Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio, Florence.
