ABOUT LULU LYNDSEY BROWNE
I’m a startup founder, COO, and product/operations architect who builds companies through clarity, systems, and a deep bias for execution.Across my career, I’ve led organizations through scale, restructuring, and transformation, often stepping into complexity and creating the operational foundation, product strategy, and cross-functional rhythm needed for real growth. I specialize in turning ambiguous problems into scalable systems, aligning teams around measurable outcomes, and designing products that reflect real market demand.Before founding my current venture (operating in stealth), I helped build and scale multiple companies from the ground up, including co-founding a digital learning business and later serving as COO of a national tech-enabled education company, where I oversaw product, operations, finance, outcomes, and cross-departmental execution. My leadership has spanned product development, GTM strategy, financial modeling, revenue operations, data integrity, team building, and preparing organizations for major inflection points such as fundraising, M&A, and rapid expansion.What I’m most passionate about is designing tech-enabled systems that make organizations run better - combining product strategy, workflow automation, and operational discipline to unlock speed, efficiency, and clarity at every stage of growth. I’m also a believer in building responsibly: validating fast, iterating intentionally, and focusing on products that solve real problems, not just interesting ones.
