Oversee day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reconciliations across multiple hospitals and clinics.Process vendor invoices, verify purchase orders, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate AP/AR records.Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and inter-company transactions.Perform detailed bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring compliance with healthcare and financial regulations.Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.Contribute to ERP enhancements (Oracle/SAP/D365) and automation projects that improve accuracy and reporting efficiency.Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and accountability in all financial reporting activities.
