I am brilliant. You want me on your team. Many people are either left or right brain dominant. That means they excel either at analytical activities or creative ones. They are able to work in the details or see the big picture. I am not confined to either side of the brain. I write left-handed but throw right-handed. I am able to use logic and reason but also connect that to emotions and vision. I can take a step back to see the big picture and adjust the details to reach the desired goal. Since graduating from college I have worked a variety of positions allowing me to gain invaluable experience in customer service, business operations and building professional relationships. While working as a Student Finance Advisor I helped streamline the processes for incoming students, effectively increasing productivity and student satisfaction. As a Student Advisor I continually implemented new ideas and initiatives to increase student engagement and as a result we broke several campus records. As a Human Resources Assistant I was able to get a behind the scenes peek into business operations and offer fresh perspectives on the challenges facing a growing organization. Customer service is essential to any job, even those that are not customer facing. The skills I have learned in customer service are just as important when working with co-workers and staff across all departments. I am easy to get along with, work well with others on collaborative projects and put forth my best effort to contribute to a positive working environment.
