ABOUT LUKE TAYLOR
I’ve spent the past 10 years building my career across both the UK and the US, developing a strong foundation in sales, marketing and leadership. Early in my career, I worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, consistently exceeding targets and becoming the youngest promoted Managing Director within one of my previous organisations. Those experiences shaped my approach to leadership, accountability and long-term relationship building.However, the most meaningful chapter of my career has been helping build Primus Sports Partners from the very beginning.What started as a vision to create better international opportunities for student-athletes has grown into a global placement organisation operating across the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. We’ve now supported and placed hundreds of students worldwide — not just securing university destinations, but helping families navigate life-changing decisions with clarity and confidence.Being there from day one has meant growing with the organisation — building systems, developing university partnerships, supporting students through the recruitment and visa process, and shaping the culture of the company as we scale. It’s been a hands-on journey focused on sustainable, long-term growth rather than short-term wins.I’m proud of what we’ve built, but even more motivated by what’s ahead. The opportunity to expand internationally, deepen our impact, and continue creating genuine pathways for young athletes is what drives me every day.We’re building something designed to last — and we’re only just getting started.
