At higgihaus, we\'re on a mission to conceive of and create, amazing spaces to live, work and play that make a profound contribution to the world becoming a happier, more positive and environmentally friendly place. We started with co-living (and that remains an important part of our business), but our current focus is the conversion of empty high street retail premises into aparthotels and co-working spaces (we call it \'Reinventing Retail\'). Our transformations blend the best of a lifestyle/boutique hotel and the space, practicality, and privacy of a serviced apartment with the option to grab a hot desk, book a meeting room, or just hang out with like-minded folk over a cup of coffee. He is the holder of the HMO Property Investor of the Year, 2021 and CO-Living Deal of the Year, 2021 titles.
