After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Dayton, I began a career in education that lasted 10+ years and ended with my tenure as Director of Education at Delta Sigma Pi-the oldest and largest business fraternity in the U.S. with more than members. In 2020, I co-founded KoreShare to help solve the $8-billion dollar problem of teacher retention. Using our proprietary ed-tech and consulting products, our clients experienced positive gains in teacher retention and satisfaction.
