Operations Associate at Push Doctor - one of Europe\'s largest digital health providers. My role involves training GP\'s to ensure they are able to consult safely and proficiently on the Push Doctor Platform. As well as this, I am responsible for addressing concerns, and technical queries GP\'s may encounter when using the platform, and part of my role involves being on-call to handle any concerns. My role also involves analysis of individual GP Performance to ensure this is optimised to meet patient requirements, as well as attending events and functions to discuss opportunities for Medical Professionals at Push Doctor. Alongside this, I am involved with procuring Partners for Push Doctor\'s membership and partnerships programme to deliver extra value to our patients. I have used Klipfolio & Power Bi, JIRA & Trello alongside AWIN extensively in this role.

I graduated from the 2017 Masters in Management MSc programme at Lund University, and hold a Bachelors Degree from Durham University. My career to date has involved consultancy and sales roles with experience in bids and proposals, event management, published writing, quarterly reports, supporting business unit heads in development projects and achieving and exceeding structured targets and goals. Outside of work I also have a keen interest in blockchain technology, and write a substack focussing on my thoughts of the industry, new developments as well as trading.
