ABOUT LUKE ROGERS
I am an engineer and problem solver at my core, with a habit of turning ambiguity into working systems.I co-found and help run SpAItial, building companies where frontier AI meaningfully changes how the world works. From the earliest days, I helped bring together an exceptional group of researchers and builders, co-shaped the vision, and turned a blank page into a real company with customers, momentum, and a clear path toward product-market fit.My role spans running the day-to-day operations of the company while staying deeply involved in product, customers, go-to-market, and fundraising. I apply an engineering mindset beyond purely technical problems: breaking complex, human, and commercial challenges into tractable pieces, forming strong hypotheses, testing them quickly, and iterating toward what actually works.I spend most of my time in the space between what is technically possible and what is practically valuable. That means translating cutting-edge capabilities into products people want to use and stories investors can believe in, while building the operating foundations that allow a young company to move fast without breaking.Before SpAItial, I worked inside complex systems at scale, from machine-learning-driven pricing platforms to advising global companies on digital transformation. That experience shaped how I build today: with urgency, pragmatism, and a bias toward making things real.I am motivated by creating things people love and the world genuinely needs, especially where technology opens up new ways of working, creating, or understanding space. I am always interested in conversations with builders, researchers, and investors who care about turning possibility into reality.
