Executes and troubleshoots Iovance\'s primary GMP cell therapy manufacturing process along with 5 - 10 related manufacturing processes in teams of 10+ personnel • Supports technical transfer and additional research level testing activities with MSAT as needed • Completes various departmental projects alongside facilities, validation engineering, operational excellence, supply chain, warehouse, quality control, etc. in a subject matter expert contributor capacity • Performs document review, including executed Batch Records, Logbooks, SOPs, etc. • Assists with identification of training needs, establishing a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement of the program
