Support the monthly business rhythms of both the program and finance organizations• Support proposal execution, RFP/RFQ, cost and rate analysis/narratives/workbooks, and reviews through proposal submission• Review proposals as Prime or Subcontractor for RFP compliance and customer requirements prior to Black Hat, Blue Team, Pink/Red/Gold Reviews• Identify and quantify potential Risks and Opportunities with forecasting• Provide financial support to Program Managers with project financial data and other complex contract, project or business-related tasks• Develop, document, and maintain financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques• Monitor cost performance to ensure contractual cost obligations are met, tracking progress of program requirements• Conduct variance analysis, risk analysis, project performance analysis, etc.• Brief executive teams / support meetings and program reviews (PMRs)• Transition old workflows to automated processes/systems in preparation for growth and scaling (Unanet, PowerBI, API)• Operate as the liaison between operations, finance, and other company staff on financial issues
