A results-driven Lean Leader working in Aerospace, with experience delivering Lean 6 Sigma process improvement projects, coaching, organising large-scale Kaizen events, and new product design.Two years in Parker\'s international engineering graduate programme has allowed me to- Successfully deliver projects improving productivity to generate an additional $300k for our bottom line, decreasing cycle time by 27% and increasing on-time delivery by 10%, by identifying waste through Lean 6 Sigma tools and eliminating it through implementing improvements, such as upgraded software & hardware, removing unnecessary overprocessing, and improving training/SOPs/TPM- Implement lean enterprise and visual management tools across operations and office environments- Revamp and deliver lean and operational excellence training and coaching to multiple large teams- Begin, manage and deliver several projects from site-wide Kaizen events to the development of two new hydrogen-related products.MEng in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Engineering at Heriot-Watt University with Distinction and a Diamond Volunteering Award, for 500+ hours spent volunteering.Volunteered in the Solar Decathlon Middle East for Team ESTEEM, during my final two years of university. Delivering electrical system designs and leading small teams during construction during this extra-curricular project.
