About Luke Milos
My name is Luke Milos a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. I am a licensed CPA in the state of Wisconsin. Currently looking to further my current education through an Executive MBA program starting in the Fall of 2024, class of 2026.I am currently the Corporate Controller for Steel Craft Corp. of Hartford (#11, based on revenue, as noted in the 2022 & 2023 Fab 40) overseeing the accounting and Treasury functions of the organization. My position includes 5 current direct reports and management oversight over 10 employees in total.We are owned by a Private Equity firm MiddleGround Capital with a tremendous focus on EBITDA performance, business development, and cash management. My focus being primarily on working capital management (DSO, DPO, DIO), forecasting, financial analytics, establishing/maintaining controls over financial reporting, and inventory controls.
