I work with licensed real estate agents and brokers to help them scale deal-flow, strengthen negotiation outcomes, and build referral-rich businesses, while staying confident in AML/FINTRAC and regulatory compliance.After more than 25 years in real estate, I’ve learned that the biggest wins come from a simple formula: human connection + disciplined systems + smart negotiation. My work today is focused on agent-facing growth and mentorship. I support high-integrity professionals who want to produce at a high level without burning out or tripping regulatory wires.I bring a calm, strategic, data-driven approach to conversations about pricing, offers, client psychology, pipeline building, and deal troubleshooting. Agents know they can call me when things get complicated.I also host the I Love Kelowna Podcast, a long-running interview series with 240+ episodes, spotlighting the entrepreneurs, creators and leaders who call the Okanagan home.
