Coaches clients through job transition maintaining an active dialogue to ensure satisfaction and that expectations are not only met but exceeded. Works with clients on an individual basis to determine goals and develop mutually agreed upon solutions to achieve those goals. Follows up weekly with counseling sessions. Provides a constant source of support, a sounding board, and an objective, candid resource to test client assumptions, push clients to face each situation head on and help clients to reach and stretch beyond their comfort zone.
