What originally started out as a short-term contract for the charity and helping out with a website redesign and migration, has turned into a full time role which involves managing multiple projects, external agencies all designed to help maintain and improve the ShelterBox website and digital offering. As well as working on multiple International websites across the organisation\'s network.This role involves scoping, planning and contributing to various internal projects, SEO strategy development, content planning, reporting (requirement mapping and build), CRM integration, user and donation journey optimisation and improving income and conversion rates.Over the years of working at ShelterBox, I have seen my role adapt to become a mix of managing digital projects, external agencies and defining and scoping projects which relate to website offerings from full redesigns, infrastructure planning to donation platform builds and scoping requirements for a new CRM platform.I love working for ShelterBox because of the varied challenges it brings each day, the amazing people and the incredible mission of the organisation.
