ABOUT LUKE KOHLER

Currently Director of Product for nakedwines.com in Napa, CA and Product Manager for our cross-market global team serving the US, UK and Australia. Working closely across departments (creative/design, marketing, digital, dat, merch, ops, wine, customer experience), I lead the product department for the US market. I also work as a Product Manager at the global level focusing on cross-market product initiatives. My objective is to increase customer LTV, retention rates and GP through rigorous A/B testing, market research, optimization and design. This includes both the experience on our website and app, as well as off-site (digital partners, shipping experience, etc). My background is as a front-end developer and I continue to work directly with our global front-end tech team to build, maintain and improve the front end code and functionality of our site. I am responsible for the content that users in our US market see. The US Product team also includes our US-market design team, including product and promotional photography, marketing collateral, shipping materials, and digital, print, brand and video assets. My team strives to not only make the most functional user experience, but also the most enjoyable experience possible.
