   Senior administrative member of UPMC who plans, organizes, coordinates and oversees major functional areas of the Heart & Vascular Institute in the North Central PA region. Communicates, supports and implements organizational strategic plans and vision to members of the HVI departments; and ensures effective and efficient integration of HVI clinical areas within the UPMC system of care delivery. NCPA HVI consists of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Interventional and Non-Invasive Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Radiology practices alongside Cath, EP, and IR Labs, Cardiac & Vascular Testing, Cardiac Rehab, and Perfusion departments. Ongoing regional responsibility for Cardiothoracic Surgery department at UPMC Altoona in the West Central PA region.
