Sometimes the right \"Fix\" isn\'t clear and simple. Often in industry its run until failure and the same \"fix\" is performed over and over. The best piece of equipment is the one the customer doesn\'t even know is there.(Because it just works)I love combining the technical aspects of equipment with the psychology of working with those who operate it. I believe that the best designs and operations of equipment combine what\'s best for the equipment and for those who operate it.When I\'m not improving things in the industrial world I\'m fixing things around our house, or in my garage, including motorcycles, ATVs, mountain bikes, etc. When things are working I enjoy riding and spending time with my family.
