I do more than develop software. I develop businesses.I\'m a Microsoft developer who has been in the industry for over half a decade. I work mainly with Dynamics 365 CE but have extensive experience with Power Platform development and Azure DevOps. I\'ve worked with large businesses in varying industries including the Public Sector, Sports, Construction, Charities and more. The most valuable skill this has taught me is identifying key business drivers and how to optimise and automate them using the latest Microsoft business applications and technologies.As a former apprentice, I am passionate about encouraging young adults, parents, and schools to consider apprenticeships and graduate schemes. It was the perfect balance of knowledge and practical application I needed to excel in my role and jumpstart my career. Therefore, I firmly believe that everyone should have access to these opportunities and the advantages they provide.
