Having successfully launched a US business, he brings first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that come with entering and growing in a new market. His work centers on placing top-tier talent across sales, marketing, product, operations, and production, partnering with media owners, event organizers, agencies, and associations. Known for his relationship-driven approach and strong industry insight, Luke supports clients in developing effective hiring and retention strategies tailored to the evolving B2B media and events landscape.He is especially passionate about helping businesses expand into the US, happy to share his own experience of moving from the UK to the US and connecting others with his network to make the transition smoother. Outside of work, Luke has recently discovered running and completed his second marathon last year, with his sights set on the 2026 New York Marathon and a sub-three-hour finish. A keen traveler, he has visited 39 countries to date, with the Galápagos Islands being his favorite trip so far.
