I’m the founder of LuminoLabs, focused on AI infrastructure and security, helping organisations adopt generative AI in a way that is predictable, governable, and safe at scale.Before LuminoLabs, I co-founded Pentesec, an enterprise security services business that grew rapidly and was acquired by Charterhouse Group. Following the acquisition, I served on the executive committee, helping scale the combined organisation while leading the security business as Managing Director.Earlier in my career, I worked in hands-on technical roles across infrastructure, security, and complex enterprise environments. That combination of deep technical experience and leadership at scale shapes how I approach new technology adoption in practice.
