In a dual role with the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation, Luke is responsible for the management of one of three Olympic Legacy venues (including P&L, risk, business development, event development, guest services and operations), and the development of the Foundation\'s sport programs across the entirety of Winter Olympic and Paralympic sports.As General Manager of Soldier Hollow ($4m annual revenues), developed $2.2m of new business, increased revenues by 10% annually, and visitations by 10% annually.As Chief of Sport Development, worked with 40 experts in the Utah sports community to envision a new way to deliver sports across the Olympic Legacy venues and beyond culminating in Utah\'s drive to host the 2034 Winter Olympic Games, focusing the community on key metrics of growth in participation, retention, diversity, participant experience, quality of coaching, and athlete achievement. Developed the \"Sport 2030\" vision, mission, goals and values, and \"The Playbook\" which will serve as the basis for strategic planning and program development leading to the 2034 Games.
