Delivered the oversight and financial management of accounts receivable for the leading national provider of mobile cardiac Positron emission tomography (PET) imaging services. Lead task forces aimed at isolating and implementing a SaaS practice management/EMR software system and analyzing current banking relationships. Implemented policies and procedures, oversaw the orientation and training of the Revenue Cycle Management team. Conducted revenue cycle analysis/trending, utilization matrix and made continual assessments while offering recommendations for financial and operational optimization with regard to goal setting, benchmarking, process management and performance. Offered insights with third party payer contract negations. Maintained compliance and current knowledge of all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations regarding mobile Cardiac PET IDTF units.
