I\'m a learning and development professional with 15+ years of experience, including facilitation, instructional design, technical writing, and digital adoption. My path into corporate learning was non-traditional—I started my career in roles ranging from retail to the Chicago Board of Trades to massage therapy, before discovering a passion for training during an exceptional onboarding experience. Since 2013, I\'ve held diverse roles at Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen), leading large-scale onboarding programs, supporting enterprise system rollouts, and developing digital learning content for global audiences. I\'ve facilitated training across the U.S, earned multiple ATD and WalkMe certifications, and designed learning solutions using tools like Articulate 360, WalkMe, Canva, Camtasia, and Synthesia.
