About Luke Valutis

Throughout my life, building relationships and serving others has been an integral part of who I am. As a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, I want to be genuine, trustworthy, knowledgeable, transparent, and available in all of my client relationships. I believe it is important to understand people on a personal level, what drives them, what they are passionate about, and what their goals are. I want everyone I work with to feel heard and I want to truly understand their UNIQUE story. That way, I can partner with them to build a financial strategy for their future based on THEIR specific needs, wants, and lifelong aspirations.I began my career at a recruiting firm near my home town outside of Detroit, Michigan where I developed skills in relationship building, client account management, and customer service. I moved to Chicago in 2019 to pursue a career in technical accounting where I partnered with clients to provide forensic accounting expertise related to measurement of financial damages, business interruption losses, litigation support on disputes, transactions, fraud, family law, criminal, and estate planning engagements. I ultimately chose a career in financial services because I want to make an impact not only in the lives of my clients but also in my community as a whole.In my spare time I enjoy various physical pursuits including spending time outdoors, regular exercise and fitness, recreational softball and pickleball leagues, and playing golf whenever I can squeeze in a round.
