Designed and built new organization which leveraged a shared services model and the addition of procure-to-pay, OEM management, analytics, forward, and reverse capabilities. Architected technology integration between existing systems, 3PL, and hand-set OEMs. New supply chain organization successfully achieved year-one minimum order quantity of 1M devices with largest OEM and procurement milestone of $2B in indirect and direct spend.
