Lead Technical Director for over 1M sqft of technical due diligence (TDD), including Stay and Go, and Stay vs Go strategies for clients such as EY, Bank of America, Arm, PayPal and Oracle. These involved comprehensive information gathering, assessments, scenario development, and detailed reporting to drive the client’s real estate strategies. These culminated in direct input into negotiations on Heads of Terms and Agreement for Lease. I brought together and managed professional teams of tier one architects and MEP consultants. The potential construction values exceeded £1.6B.Project Director for two ongoing fit-outs: for Ciena - Harbour Exchange 5 – CAT B fit-out - (2/3 data centre and 1/3 training centre) and for Principal – 1 Wood Street – CAT B fit-out sqft (consolidation of their London offices).Recently delivered London HQ projects as lead project manager and employer\'s agent include T. Rowe Price – Warwick Court - Cat B (part CAT A) fit-out - sqft. This project involved a two-stage design and build for 850 staff moving to a new prime central London location, including a shift to flexible desking and enhanced client facilities. Ciena – The Bard - CAT A & CAT B fit-out sqft a very well received relocation of their EMEA HQ. Abrdn – 280 Bishopsgate - Cat B (part CAT A) fit-out - sqft two-stage design and build project, where I managed technical due diligence and contractor tendering through to delivery, with a condensed program and firm budget. The project comprised two office floors, a large client suite, and a showcase client reception.
