Since graduating from Ohio University in May 2020, I’ve been part of the Data & Analytics team at Bath & Body Works, where I’ve delivered data-driven insights across a range of business functions.Digital / Website:Led analyses focused on session behavior, customer funnel optimization, landing page performance, and channel attribution (last-click analysis).Merchandising:Conducted transaction and basket analysis, demographic reporting, product performance (fragrance/form), and promotional event evaluations.Marketing:Supported both owned and paid channels through campaign performance measurement, audience segmentation, incrementality testing, and triggered communications (email/SMS) analysis.Currently, I manage a team responsible for end-to-end reporting on all owned and paid marketing channels—including Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Paid Search, and Paid Social. With over 5 years of experience in the retail space, I specialize in building scalable data products and insights solutions. I’m proficient in SQL and Python and passionate about using data to drive business strategy and customer experience.
