   President of Business Development and Sales. Sales is the primary focus while training and coaching our design/sales professionals. Develop and manage a marketing plan. Create and maintain the company vision. We are more than a simple landscaping company. We have the capabilities to take care of the small landscape projects and experience, knowledge, and capacity to take on the most complex outdoor living plan featuring pools, water features, patio space, fire features, multi level elevation plans and detailed lighting projects. We are also able to incorporate minor remodel projects including decks, roof extensions, interior remodel, and shade structures.What makes Clear Creek unique is that we have dedicated sales and design professionals to start and manage a project from start to finish as well as accomplished install crews to turn a set of plans into a reality. As owners, we are available to our customers and employees at a moments notice as well. We are heavily involved in the day-to-day activities.We continually push the limits to grow the company and like all, we go through growing pains. We have been fortunate that our growth pains are typically \"positive problems\" like trying to keep up with the increased demand of new projects and the need to develop new positions and career opportunities for our long term team that have helped us become who we are. I am not naive enough to say we are \"the best\". but I am confident in knowing that we are at the top with the best of the best around the country. We are always looking to get better and improve on our last project to make the next ones better.
