Lead a multi-disciplinary department of 50+ professionals across Pipeline Integrity Planning, Execution (Mitigation & Monitoring), and Integrity Engineering, ensuring alignment with compliance, safety, and business objectives.• Oversee planning and execution of monitoring and mitigation activities for the Integrity Management Program across all LP pipelines in Canada and the U.S, covering 29,100 km and 5.8 million bpd—representing 30% of North American crude production. Serve as the enterprise’s center of subject matter expertise for integrity management specializations. • Strategic Planning & Threat Management- Develop and manage annual and long-range plans for ILI-based threat programs (corrosion, crack, dent) and geohazard threats. Leverage diagnostics, lifecycle analysis, and risk assessments to ensure programs meet ALARP standards and deliver on safety, compliance, and business targets.• Foster and maintain a center of experts that establish integrity technical requirements for key subjects (i.e. pipe material quality, welding, corrosion) through maintenance of standards and procedures, applied lessons learned, SME consultation and sharing of technical knowledge internally & externally.• Program excellence- track, monitor, and deliver leading & lagging KPIs & metrics of pipeline programs’ performance. Continuously improve pipeline integrity programs to achieve zero significant incidents, high financial performance targets, and zero unplanned outages. Drive innovation, process improvements, new technology, industry strategy. • Stakeholder engagement- Maintain strong communication and alignment with internal stakeholders across Pipeline Integrity and broader enterprise functions. Ensure transparency in program planning, execution, and performance reporting• Enable a management system that clearly demonstrates achievement of safety targets and supports corporate reputation through proactive, risk-informed integrity programs.
