With over 10 years experience as Account Director at Instore, I lead a team of Account Managers that provide high-quality retail services across various sectors. As a board member of Instore, I am responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, implementing new business strategies, and diversifying our service offerings.I have a strong background in sales, marketing, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering results for major brands and retail groups. I have a logical and practical approach that supports creativity and problem solving, drives new services, and ensures delivery. I thrive on leading and developing motivated and successful individuals to form highly functioning and satisfied teams. I also enjoy giving back to the community through various charitable initiatives and volunteering activities.I am chairman of an award winning charity music festival called Woo Fest, set up in memory of my Dad and raising nearly £180K for St Richards Hospice to date. I am also a committee member of Pass It On, a charity supporting people who are homeless. I coach Rugby (currently Under 10’s) at Malvern Rugby Club and have SIA qualification for security and protection, which I use in a volunteer capacity to support my charity work.
