A biotechnology company using its powerful mammalian cell-based Microcycle® discovery platform to build a pipeline of innovative drugs with a focus on cancer, immunology and inflammation.Responsibilities- Perform multi step organic synthesis and apply appropriate analytical and purification techniques to deliver fully characterised molecules from milligram to gram quantities- Perform automated solid phase peptide synthesis and use cyclisation strategies to deliver cyclic peptides- Apply medicinal chemistry concepts to design molecules that develop knowledge of SAR and ADME properties -Perform literature searches using chemistry databases and applying the results to solve synthetic challenges.
