Since joining Breeze Ocean Kitchen’s leadership team our OpenTable rating has risen from 4.4 to maintaining a 4.7. For the 2025 year Breeze achieved our Revinate goal of 94%. Interim General Manager of Breeze and all Outdoor Dining across two pools and a private beach from March 2025-August 2025. Furthermore, in mid 2025 I was one of twelve employees selected by my colleagues to the ‘Employee Advisory Board’ - over 6 months we led the evolution of our mission statement and elevation of our values, geared to best suit our next chapter of growth.

In early 2022 I took my biggest risk - moving to Florida to take a deeper dive into Luxury Hospitality, more specifically Food & Beverage Management. I’ve now spent nearly four years leading at a Forbes Five-Star rated and Five Diamond awarded Resort and Spa on Palm Beach in sunny South Florida!I am always striving to improve my knowledge, service, and leadership skills in order to provide an exceptional guest and hotelier experience daily. With that being said, my goal is to become the General Manager of one of the finest hotels in the world!I’m also a professional freelance photographer, videographer, and brand image/marketing manager with a knack for capturing unpredictable moments in their most authentic forms.
