I am a Senior Project Manager and Chartered Construction Manager MCIOB, AssocRICS, leading major industrial, logistics and data centre projects across the UK. With over 25 years in construction, from carpenter to senior leadership, I focus on delivering complex schemes safely, on programme and with clear, honest communication.I specialise in clear planning, disciplined risk and programme management and straightforward communication with clients, consultants and the supply chain. Typical projects range from complex refurbishment to new build schemes between £12m and £200m, delivered in live, constrained and technically demanding environments.I have a particular interest in the Building Safety Act and wider ESG performance. Recent work includes helping to embed duty holder roles and golden thread information, as well as improving how sites evidence compliance and communicate risk.Alongside project delivery I am committed to developing others and giving back to the industry.
