Responsibilities include: managing projects by working directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish design criteria as they develop. Maintain and develop objectives including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. As well as the implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating and construction, the development of pre-construction schedules with milestones and implement mechanisms for resolving conflicts. Management of the drafting department with shop drawings, Building Information Modeling (BIM). Thermal modeling, engineering, and design system performance. Working closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule.
