As CEO of Link Logistics, Luke guides strategic direction with a particular focus on driving profitability and building a winning corporate culture for the largest U.S-only operator of logistics real estate. With 5 percent of U.S. GDP – translating to $1.4 trillion – flowing through its facilities annually, Link sits at the nexus of consumption, supply chain and technology, with customers ranging from e-commerce titans to small family businesses. Link provides the partnership its customers need to grow their businesses; Luke sees the firm’s purpose as helping these customers drive the overall U.S. economy forward. In an industry that has been historically slow to change, Luke is building Link differently from the ground up as a reimagined logistics real estate firm. Link provides its customers not only with space but also with support, partnering with them to anticipate and service their needs as they grow. Sustainability is foundational to who Link is as a company, and minimizing its environmental impact is core to the firm’s business. At the same time, Link’s team cares deeply about promoting prosperity and equity to have a positive impact in our local communities. Outside of Link, Luke is especially passionate about addressing the challenge of childhood hunger in the U.S. and co-founded the nonprofit CoreGiving in 2016 to do just that. In 2024 alone, CoreGiving raised over $4.6 million, organized volunteers and enabled over 22 million meals for children and families in need. It worked with 109 nonprofits in 85 cities to provide those meals and since its inception has funded more than 70 million meals.
