Led a team in the design, architecture, and implementation of a centralized eventing platform for the entire enterprise, from concept to production. The platform runs in AWS and is entirely serverless, highly-available in an active-active configuration. It is both multi-region and multi-account, with a uptime target.Validated scale to handle consistent load of 10K+ RPS, with the option to scale capacity as necessary through account sharding. Ran an operational readiness review of the platform, designed the observability stack to operate at scale across many internal teams, and led the design and implementation of the backing Infrastructure as Code to handle scale-out of the platform.Currently collaborating with the product team to build an api-first self-service portal, including a user interface built with React micro-frontends, that will handle event provisioning, user onboarding, documentation / spec management, credential management, and event destination configuration.
