I am an Office Manager in the spring manufacturing industry, with a career built on technical sales, manufacturing operations, and business administration.I currently play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting production, customer relationships, administration, and commercial activity. My position allows me to work across all areas of the company, ensuring processes run smoothly and customers receive a high level of service.With a background in technical sales and experience working with multiple MRP systems, I bring a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, customer expectations, and operational efficiency. I’m particularly effective at connecting commercial and operational priorities to support sustainable business growth.I bring a practical, detail-oriented approach, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in how manufacturing businesses operate and evolve. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from Lancaster University and continue to build my experience across operations, systems, and business management within manufacturing environments.
